Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note that cosmetic products, for hygiene and safety reasons, cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrived damaged or defective.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at {contact@oulala.ma}
Shipping returns
To request a refund, please reach out to us through [contact@oulala.ma], providing your order number and any relevant details, and our team will guide you through the process. Once we’ve confirmed your refund request, we will process the refund back to your original payment method.
Please allow 2 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
