What is non-nano zinc oxide?

Non-nano means the zinc oxide particles are large enough that they stay on top of your skin instead of being absorbed — safer for your body, safer for the ocean. It's the gold standard for mineral sunscreen.

Does it leave a white cast?

A visible zinc layer is part of the design — the "warpaint" surfer style. If you prefer a lighter finish, apply less at a time and blend with the back of your hand.

Is Oulala reef-safe?

Yes. No oxybenzone, no octinoxate, no ingredients that bleach coral or stress marine life. Safe for the Moroccan coast — from Saidia to Dakhla.

Is it water-resistant?

Yes — the stick holds through swim sessions, surf sessions and sweat. For long water exposure, reapply every 40 minutes.

Can I use it on my face and body?

The stick format is designed for face and high-exposure spots (nose, cheeks, ears, shoulders). For full-body coverage, a cream format is more efficient.

Is it safe for children?

Yes, from 6 months and above — the mineral, non-nano formula is what dermatologists recommend for sensitive skin. Always patch-test first.

What is the shelf life?

12 months after opening. Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and heat.

Where do you deliver?

Anywhere in Morocco — from Tangier to Dakhla. International shipping is coming soon.

How long does delivery take?

2–4 business days for major cities (Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech, Agadir, Tangier). 4–6 days for the south and remote areas.

Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?

Yes — pay in cash when your order arrives.

How much does shipping cost?

Free shipping on orders over 500 MAD. Below that, a flat fee applies based on your city (calculated at checkout).

How can I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking link by SMS and email as soon as your order ships.

Returns & refunds

What is your return policy?

Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetic products cannot be returned unless defective.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours at oulalaproducts@gmail.com with a photo of the damage — we'll send a replacement free of charge.
