- We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion

- All prices are displayed in Moroccan Dirham (MAD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
- Prices may change at any time before you place your order
- Payment is due at the time of order
- We accept the payment methods shown at checkout

5. ORDERS

- Placing an order is an offer to buy — we accept the offer when we send you an order confirmation email
- We may cancel an order if we find pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud, and we will refund you in full

8. PRODUCT USE — SUNSCREEN

Our mineral sunscreen is a cosmetic product intended for external use only. Always:
- Read the label before use
- Do a patch test if you have sensitive skin
- Discontinue use if irritation occurs
- Reapply as needed for continued sun protection
- Combine with other sun-safe practices (shade, protective clothing, hydration)

Oulala is not liable for allergic reactions or misuse. Consult a healthcare professional if you have concerns.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on oulala.ma — including logos, product photography, text, and designs — is the property of Oulala or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission.

10. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by Moroccan law, Oulala is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Agadir, Morocco.
